Chocolate fondant
Fantastic and fast dessert after a Sunday lunch. Best served in two. Well-deserved chocolate treat to make a romantic afternoon perfect. Ideally served with Hubert L’Original Rouge.
CHOCOLATE FONDANT
(2 servings)
Ingredients:
45 g chocolate
45 g butter
45 g sugar
45 g fine flour
1 egg
1 yolk
Preparation:
Melt chocolate and butter over steam. Whip eggs and sugar and mix with melted chocolate and flour. Pour the chocolate mix in bowls you had greased with butter twice (after you butter them the first time, place bowls in fridge for 5 minutes and butter them once more). Put cocoa in the bowls and bake in hot oven at 180 C for 8 minutes. Tip over on a plate and serve with raspberries or other berries.
