This cocktail is ideal for long sipping. It’s got a slight apricot aftertaste that partly neutralizes the cucumber syrup.

De luxe cucumber
Ingredients:
2 cl apricot liquor
1 cl MONIN Cucumber syrup
1 cl lime juice
ice
Hubert de Luxe

Preparation:
Pour apricot liquor, cucumber syrup, lime juice and ice into a shaker and shake well. Pour the content into a serving glass. Add Hubert de Luxe.
