Grilled pork sirloin

GRILLED PORK SIRLOIN WRAPPED IN HERBS SERVED WITH BABY CARROTS, GREEN BEANS AND BATATAS
Ingredients:
800 g pork sirloin
100 g chopped parsley curls
20 g salt
20 g pepper
20 g mixed herbs (sage, basil, thyme)
120 g carrots
120 g green beans
1 kg batatas (sweet potatoes)
0,1 l olive oil
Preparation:
Wash the meat in cold water, add salt and pepper and roll in chopped herbs. Bake in the oven at 170C both sides for 8-10 minutes. Roast sweet potatoes, beans and carrots on butter. Place on the plate in the following order: batatas, beans, carrots, meat.
Best served with sparkling wine Hubert L´Original rosé brut.
