Summer dessert with sparkling wine
True refreshment on a hot day.
Ingredients:
Vanilla ice cream
Handful of mint leaves
Fresh blueberries or raspberries
2x meringues
Preparation:
Start filling a wine glass with a scoop of ice cream. Then add blueberries (or raspberries) and mint leaves. Add rosé sparkling wine to 1/3 of the glass. Garnish with meringue and one mint leaf. Serve immediately.
